Sorry for the delay in our answer, but it’s been a busy summer—we’re finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!
For those of you who want to know about the ups and downs of preparing a KS campaign, please read on for the rest of this update.
For those of you who are eager to know a specific date, here’s a summary:
> For the United States and Canada, the books are currently being shipped; they should leave France in August and arrive for delivery in late September/early October. To speed up the process, we’ll be sending the goodies to the fulfillment provider so as not to delay the container.
> For Europe and the rest of the world, all add-on orders have been placed; they should arrive in France by late August, where we’ll ship them out throughout September.
You're still there ? here’s a quick TLDR of the life of a Kickstarter fulfillment manager.
Preparing a Kickstarter campaign means dealing with lots of little unexpected hiccups that add an extra week here and there.
Where to start? Oh right: With our heads buried in the work, we forgot to post our updates on Kickstarter!
Back to our odyssey: in the final stages, we had to finalize the MIR seal and the tessera. These were new goodies we’d never made before. Surprise—we had to provide a 3D file (an STL, for those in the know), and while Adrien and I are big fans of miniatures, we weren’t familiar enough with the process to create such a file.
Fortunately, we had friends who were experts in this field, and we’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Repliquant for their help with this.
Next, working with a fulfillment service required us to label and create QR codes for all of our products—it might not seem like much at first glance, but between T-shirt sizes and goodies, that adds up to more than fifty SKUs. Even funnier, some of these goodies—like the CDs—were already produced but didn't have labels. I had to order a new printer to make brand new labels and spend a weekend sticking them on various products.
Finally, the big issue: crossing the Atlantic (it’s easier by plane). Shipping books is quite an adventure. I’m not just talking about INCOTERMS—those dreaded border monsters—but all the little details that make logistics so unforgiving for newcomers:
We had to replace the pallets to bring them up to standard, find help there as well to understand all the pitfalls to avoid, and I’d like to thank Caurette Editions for their help navigating the intricacies of international shipping.
In short, all these little issues, one after another, added days to our delay. I’m still waiting for one final confirmation next week, and then we’ll be able to set a firm date for shipping your precious books—we can’t wait for you to receive them!

Some of you have already (or will) receive some email coming from Backerkit: we are making some modifications, especially for managing the different languages.
All the backers that have order some sweatshirts or tshirt will also receive an email for confirming their size.
These are the last step in order to finalize the preparation for the sending.
We will make the next update with more details about the shipping planning.

A small update to keep you informed: the books are arrived in our depot!
We are currently waiting for the goodies to arrive (seal, dice, tessaere...) then we will prepare the package for the global sending.
For the moment, the timeline is respected: the book will arrive in USA and other countries during summer!
We will do another news as soon as the packages are ready!

Sorry for the delay; we decided to post a news here only after a significant update... and it's finally the case!
The MIR's books (MIR OATH and the Agent's Companion) has beent sent to printing.
You will soon receive an update for your digital files (included, as promised, three new illustrations for the Agent's Companion).
The book will be print within Europe and will be delivered around May for Europe and normally during summer for US and others countries!
The next news will be posted as soon as we receive the physical books.
